You can configure the intervals at which your site is checked and after how many attempts to notify you using the configuration below.

Example:
2m intervals + 3 attempts = You'll be notified 6m after the first failure

Note: the minimum interval is 2 minutes.

Ping is a simple non-intrusive service built for indie developers and early stage startups where using a super bulky uptime notification system isn't viable or, worth the effort.

By default you'll be notified on a downtime of 2 minutes.
